Julia's Gardening Service
 We have provided fine gardening service on the mid-peninsula for 18 years. The company was started in 1991, and presently serves clients in Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Portola Valley, Menlo Park, and Palo Alto.
We do complete weekly maintenance including lawn care, pruning, fertilizing, seasonal planting, and programming and repairing irrigation systems. We use only non-toxic sprays and fertilizers. We also do quarterly or occasional maintenance for some clients. Our gardeners are trained in plant identification and horticultural practices.
We can maintain specialty gardens - Cottage gardens with extensive perennial flower and rose beds; Japanese style gardens; native California and Mediterranean style gardens, as well as low maintenance landscapes.
We have restored gardens that have been poorly maintained. We do reconstructive pruning to undo the effects of topping and shearing and restore a more natural form to plants. We will also re-design and re-plant existing planting beds.
We can stay in communication via telephone or e-mail with your garden supervisor or with Julia. We may contact you to ask if you want certain plants in your garden moved, divided, pruned or replaced.
We enjoy working with professional designers and landscape architects who want a gardening service that will understand what their design intent is and will be able to maintain their vision.
Through using an individual approach to each garden, communicating with our clients and providing ongoing training to our employees we believe we can deliver the best gardening service available.
